The Wizards

The Arcane Collage represents all Wizards in Musto. They have a seat on the Council of Factions. Their primary function and responsibility is taming the Silver Dragon. Their founder was a member of the adventuring party sent to negotiate with the silver dragons of Musto. That fateful trip led to the burning of the north and the resulting Dragon Famine. Their most tightly guarded secret is how they have kept the surviving dragon confined to its island and surrounding sea. 

Of the factions, they are least likely to allow multi-classing within their ranks, but in reality, they encourage many mages to study as War Mages.

The Arcane College is tasked with:

1. Control the dragon.

2. Recruit and train the next generation of magic users

3. Identify and train sorcerers

4. Research ways to leave Musto.

Politically, they are closely tied to the House of the Nameless Eye.  The Necromancers have an alliance with the Druid leader, Cora D'Jorasco.
