Luca Spice

Mr. Luca Spice III is the leader of the wealthiest family in Musto and a Council Member for Commerce. Coming into power shortly after the fall of the Last Dictator, the Spice family used their network to ensure communities didn’t starve and had a roof over their heads during the restructuring of Musto. He is a large, tall man with blonde hair and sharp blue eyes. He famously commissioned a bathtub the size of a fountain for his 45th birthday. His wife, Thérèse, spends most of her time in Daso Loc. Their children, Lucillia and Luca the IV, spend their time studying and learning the business in Gate City. Luca is famously active in his father’s business, and it is assumed that he will inherit the empire—Lucillia is a brilliant young woman who does not fit in with the elites of Gate City.
