Child Bonds

One of the most perplexing environmental effects in Musto is the benefits parents (or those that love a child like a parent) receive when defending a child’s life. These boons are extended to anyone who loves a child as deeply as (most) natural born parents. Parents that do not truly love their children do not receive these boons.

1	Free Action at the top of each round of combat
2	Resistant to non-magical damage for the duration of combat
3	Double Movement
4	Increase strength score by 2 for the duration of combat
5	Cannot be surprised during combat and has truesight
6	Advantage on all attacks
7	Free dodge action each round
8	All benefits of "rage" for the duration of the combat
9	1 d12 temp hit points per round
10	Transfer one hit dice to the child during combat each round of combat
11	If within 5 feet of the child, they can swap places with their child to receive an attack in their place. Free action or reaction to do this.
12	All attacks made against you have disadvantage
